Methodology
Built like a small research desk, not just a menu mirror.
On scheduled afternoons, a Playwright scraper captures the Toast menus for both shops, and the location toggle keeps the analytics aligned with the menu view you're browsing.
Overdue flavors
We track how many calendar days a flavor has been absent relative to the latest check.
Mix-in tracking
Lightweight parsing pulls swirls, chunks, and sauces from descriptions, with noisy or low-confidence results removed from the public view.
Store exclusives
Tracking both locations separately lets us surface true one-shop flavors and shared menu overlap.
The project is independent and unofficial. It exists to help other fans plan visits, track nostalgia flavors, and explore what combinations Caffè Panna is experimenting with in both neighborhoods.
