An unofficial tracker for Manhattan and Brooklyn daily pint menus, rarity, and mix-in trends.
Data Sources & Methodology
Every afternoon a Playwright scraper captures the latest pint menus directly from ToastTab for the Manhattan and Brooklyn shops. The location toggle above filters the frontend between one shop and the combined view, so the stats stay aligned with the menu you're looking at.
Rareness score
A normalized frequency metric that penalizes flavors the more often they appear. Scores closer to 100 mean the flavor was rarely spotted in the selected location view.
Mix-in tracking
Lightweight NLP splits each description into candidate mix-ins such as swirls, chunks, and sauces, which lets us compare trends by location over time.
Core vs. limited
Staples such as Vanilla, PUP CUP, and Side of Panna are tagged as "core" so we can highlight the true limited-time releases in the daily stats and charts.
The project is independent and unofficial. It exists to help other fans plan visits, track nostalgia flavors, and explore what combinations Caffè Panna is experimenting with in both neighborhoods.
